1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Undergarments & swimwear
- Earrings & pierced jewelry
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
3. Return Process

- Once approved, you may send the item back to our returns address.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures for quick assistance.
