We currently deliver across all Emirates in the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain.

2. Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: 2 – 4 business days within the UAE.
• Express Delivery (Dubai & Abu Dhabi only): Within 24 hours (charges may apply).
• Delivery times may vary during public holidays, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Delivery on orders above AED [amount].
• A flat delivery fee of AED [amount] applies to orders below AED [amount].
• Express delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends & public holidays).
• You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order is shipped, along with tracking details.

5. Delivery Partner

We partner with trusted local courier companies to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time.

6. Delayed or Failed Delivery

• If our courier is unable to deliver, they will contact you to reschedule.
• Please ensure your contact details and delivery address are correct to avoid delays.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international delivery.
